We accept a wide variety of materials at our San Diego center. Knowing what you can bring helps us process everything efficiently and keeps valuable resources out of landfills.

Metals

  • Aluminum: Cans, siding, window frames, foil (clean)
  • Steel & Iron: Appliances, car parts, filing cabinets, structural steel
  • Copper & Brass: Wiring, pipes, plumbing fixtures, electrical components

Please separate ferrous (magnetic) and non-ferrous metals when possible.

Electronics (E-Waste)

  • Computers & Peripherals: Desktops, laptops, monitors, keyboards, mice
  • Home Electronics: Televisions, DVD/Blu-ray players, stereos, game consoles
  • Mobile Devices: Cell phones, tablets, smartwatches, chargers

We ensure secure data destruction for all devices with storage.

Plastics

  • Containers: Bottles (#1 & #2), jugs, tubs, jars (clean, labels ok)
  • Rigid Plastics: Buckets, crates, toys, furniture (no foam or film)

Please rinse containers and remove caps. We accept plastics #1-7.

Paper & Cardboard

  • Cardboard: Corrugated boxes, packing materials (flattened)
  • Mixed Paper: Office paper, magazines, newspapers, mail, paper bags

Keep paper dry and free from food contamination. No wax-coated cardboard.
